Stall Holders Booking Terms & Conditions
Stallholders are advised that they are solely responsible for their goods. Neither the Organisers in this case Centre For Pagan Studies Limited nor The Venue shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to stallholders’ property however caused.
Stallholders agree to indemnify and hold harmless both the Organisers and the venue against any losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses as a result of the death of or injury to any person arising out of the Conference.
Neither the Organisers, nor The Venue will be held responsible for any transaction between stallholders, or between stallholders and members of the public.
It is the sole responsibility of the stallholders to ensure that all transactions comply with such legislation as may be applicable and that all relevant taxes and duties have been paid.
Neither the Organisers, nor The Venue will be held responsible for any claims for loss, damage, death, injury,or consequential damage arising from any of the equipment offered for sale at the conference.
It is the stallholders’ responsibility to ensure that any goods offered for sale are safe and comply with the relevant legislation.
Neither the Organisers, nor The Venue will be held responsible for any costs, claims demands or expenses arising from the cancellation, late opening or reduced hours of the Conference arising from circumstances beyond their control.
Stallholders must comply with Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.
Fire Exits must not be blocked even temporarily, under any circumstances and aisles must be kept free from obstruction.
The Organisers will have fire marshals on duty throughout the duration of the event.
Stallholders must comply with reasonable requests from the Organisers or representatives of The Venue.
It is the stallholders’ responsibility to ensure that their table is staffed at all times.
Stallholders may only use tables supplied by the Organisers and may not extend their allocated area without the Organisers’ express permission.
Each stallholder is allowed 1 helper per table purchased.
Stallholders’ vehicles must be cleared promptly from the environs of The Venue after unloading.
Stallholders shall conduct themselves in an honest and courteous manner at all times.
Stallholders shall agree and sign these terms before they are permitted to operate at the event.
Due to the nature of this event, i.e. fundraising for the continued maintenance and housing of the Doreen Valiente Legacy we cannot allow the sale of any merchandise that contravenes Doreen Valiente copyright (eg. posters of her Poems)
All persons attending the Conference must agree to abide not only to the Organisers Terms and Conditions but also those of The Venue, which are available on request from The Venue. This is a No Smoking venue.
